We would like your visit to Chemistry to be a smooth and satisfying experience. In order to achieve this, we strive to deliver your desired product in a timely manner. However, if you do not feel 100% satisfied with your purchase, we provide returns to make sure you have a seamless experience with us.
To start a return/exchange follow the below steps :

- Add the requested details - your order number. Mobile or email id.
- Select the option - Exchange or Return
- Choose Returnable/ Exchangeable Products
- Reason to mention
- In case of an exchange, choose the size option and select your required size and press Exchange.
- In case of a return, choose product and select return
- Choose mode of refund and add your Bank details including Account number, IFSC number, holder name and proceed.
- Upon choosing the required option RET number would be generated.
- A Fee of RS.100 is charged for cash on deliver which is no refundable in case of returns.
We guarantee a refund within 21 working days for all orders that fall under the following categories:
1. Change of mind before billing – We respect your choice. We will ensure a full refund for any cancellations made before billing.
2. Product out of stock – For products that are no longer in stock, we provide a full refund or coupon to keep your shopping experience at Chemistry hassle-free.
3. Wrong size – If you purchase a product that does not fit, we ensure a smooth exchange.
4. Not satisfied with the purchase – If you feel that the product does not match your expectations, we are happy to provide an easy return/exchange to make sure you receive a product that matches your desire.
5. Received a defective/incorrect product – We guarantee a return for any defective or incorrect deliveries.
6. We will exchange/return products only on these conditions:
- Garment must have all original tags.
- Garment must not be soiled or torn.
- Exchange window within 15 days.
Please Note - Refund will be initiated only once the product is received by us and a quality check has been made and successful.
For prepaid orders please expect the amount to be received within 21 working days. For COD orders - coupons with the same face value will be given. This coupon can be redeemed only on www.chemistryindia.com

Note: Products purchased from our "Last Chance" collection or with the promo code "No Return/Exchange" are not eligible for return or refund or exchange. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, you can raise a special request via email. Please include photos as proof, and upon verification, we'll arrange a pickup. Once the item is returned, we’ll process your refund after deducting a nominal fee of INR 30.
If you wish to exchange a product purchased from the "Last Chance" collection, we can do so only if the size that you want, is available at the time of raising the request, if not, then we will not be able to process your request.
If your pincode is eligible for express shipping and you opt for it by paying the charge, you will receive your order in 24 hours. This amount will not be eligible for a refund as it is in lieu of a service that is being opted in for and availed at the time of the first delivery of the garment(s).
Terms and Conditions:
A return/exchange request needs to be placed within 14 days of receiving the order.
A fee of INR 100 will be charged for each return request and a fee of 99 will be charged for each exchange request. This helps us cover part of the logistics and processing costs associated with returns. The fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
