1. Orders & Shipping 🚚

When will my order arrive?
Depending on your location, delivery takes 3-10 business days.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes!COD is available across India. A fee of ₹100 is applicable for all COD orders

Once we ship your order, you’ll get a tracking link via email & WhatsApp.

2. Returns & Exchanges 🔄

Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, return or exchange is available within 14 days of receiving orders. Just make sure the tags are intact and the item is unworn. A fee of Rs.100 is charged for all orders in case of returns.

How do I initiate a return?
Head to our Returns Page, enter your order details, and follow the steps.

How long does it take to get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after deducting the return fee and we receive your return and it clears our quality check.

3. Payments & Discounts 

What payment methods do you accept?
We take UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, and COD. 

Can I use multiple discount codes?
No, only one discount code per order. Choose wisely.

4. Product & Sizing 

How do I find my size?
Each of our products has a unique size chart; make sure you check it out below the description before you add it to your cart. Still unsure? DM us—we will help you find your perfect fit.

What if the colour looks different in person?
We try to keep things real, but screen settings vary. If it’s not what you expected, returns are always an option.
