Shipping Policy:

Shipping is free for all orders above ₹2499 and a standard shipping fee of ₹150 is applied on orders under₹2499

All orders placed on Chemistry are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation.

If your pin-code is eligible for express shipping and you opt for it by paying the charge, you will receive your order in 24 hours.

Delivery Policy:

1. Our delivery partners will attempt to complete your delivery thrice before the item is returned to our warehouse. Please ensure that you provide a valid mobile number and shipping address while placing your order.

2. Our delivery partners may sometimes require a valid ID proof for delivering your package. Please contact us at customercare@chemistryindia.com if you have any further queries.

3. Due to varying item availability, orders containing multiple items may sometimes be shipped separately. Each shipment will have its own individual tracking number, which can be tracked on the Track Order page under the same order number.
