6. We will exchange/return products only on these conditions: 

• Garment must have all original tags.
• Garment must not be soiled or torn.
• Exchange window within 15 days.

Please Note - Refund will be initiated only once the product is received by us and a quality check has been made and successful.

Note: Products purchased from our "Last Chance" collection or with the promo code "No Return/Exchange" are not eligible for return or refund or exchange. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, you can raise a special request via email. Please include photos as proof, and upon verification, we'll arrange a pickup. Once the item is returned, we’ll process your refund after deducting a nominal fee of INR 30.

If you wish to exchange a product purchased from the "Last Chance" collection, we can do so only if the size that you want, is available at the time of raising the request, if not, then we will not be able to process your request.

If your pincode is eligible for express shipping and you opt for it by paying the charge, you will receive your order in 24 hours. This amount will not be eligible for a refund as it is in lieu of a service that is being opted in for and availed at the time of the first delivery of the garment(s).

A fee of INR 100 will be charged for each return request and a fee of 99 will be charged for each exchange request. This helps us cover part of the logistics and processing costs associated with returns. The fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
