Reason to mention
In case of an exchange, choose the size option and select your required size and press Exchange.
In case of a return, choose product and select return
Choose mode of refund and add your Bank details including Account number, IFSC number, holder name and proceed.
Upon choosing the required option RET number would be generated.

We guarantee a refund within 21 working days for all orders that fall under the following categories:

1. Change of mind before billing – We respect your choice. We will ensure a full refund for any cancellations made before billing.

6. We will exchange/return products only on these conditions:

Garment must have all original tags.
Garment must not be soiled or torn.
Exchange window within 15 days.

However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, you can raise a special request via email. Please include photos as proof, and upon verification, we'll arrange a pickup. Once the item is returned, we’ll process your refund after deducting a nominal fee of INR 30.

If you wish to exchange a product purchased from the "Last Chance" collection, we can do so only if the size that you want, is available at the time of raising the request, if not, then we will not be able to process your request.
