Reason to mention
In case of an exchange, choose the size option and select your required size and press Exchange.
In case of a return, choose product and select return
Choose mode of refund and add your Bank details including Account number, IFSC number, holder name and proceed.
Upon choosing the required option RET number would be generated.

We guarantee a refund within 21 working days for all orders that fall under the following categories:

1. Change of mind before billing – We respect your choice. We will ensure a full refund for any cancellations made before billing.

2. Product out of stock – For products that are no longer in stock, we provide a full refund or coupon to keep your shopping experience at Chemistry hassle-free.

3. Wrong size – If you purchase a product that does not fit, we ensure a smooth exchange.

4. Not satisfied with the purchase – If you feel that the product does not match your expectations, we are happy to provide an easy return/exchange to make sure you receive a product that matches your desire.

5. Received a defective/incorrect product – We guarantee a return for any defective or incorrect deliveries.

6. We will exchange/return products only on these conditions:

Garment must have all original tags.
Garment must not be soiled or torn.
Exchange window within 15 days.

Please Note - Refund will be initiated only once the product is received by us and a quality check has been made and successful.

For prepaid orders please expect the amount to be received within 21 working days. For COD orders - coupons with the same face value will be given. This coupon can be redeemed only on www.chemistryindia.com

Note: Products purchased from our "Last Chance" collection or with the promo code "No Return/Exchange" are not eligible for return or refund or exchange. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, you can raise a special request via email. Please include photos as proof, and upon verification, we'll arrange a pickup. Once the item is returned, we’ll process your refund after deducting a nominal fee of INR 30.

If you wish to exchange a product purchased from the "Last Chance" collection, we can do so only if the size that you want, is available at the time of raising the request, if not, then we will not be able to process your request.

A return/exchange request needs to be placed within 14 days of receiving the order.
